VCI Powder is a corrosion inhibitor designed to protect ferrous and non-ferrous metals, electrical and electronic components, and assemblies from corrosion and oxidation within enclosed packaging and equipment. Supplied in specially designed porous, breathable, heat-sealable paper pouches, the powder releases VCI vapours that diffuse through the enclosure and form a protective molecular layer on metal surfaces. It provides multi-metal protection, including hard-to-reach areas such as drilled holes and crevices. VCI Powder can provide protection during storage, transit, and equipment operation, including under adverse atmospheric conditions.
